Like many of us, Jérémie worked in a stressful professional environment. For many years, his daily routine consisted of fixing mechanical issues on airplanes between their arrivals and departures. The pressure was already high, but it became even more intense because of a particularly challenging colleague.

But on one particularly intense Saturday night, the situation spiraled out of control: Jérémie vividly recalls a moment when this colleague, with an angry temperament (and likely under immense stress), explosively criticized him over a minor detail.
